Terms & Conditions for 950k

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering your 950k Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Keeping Information Current. You are obligated to keep all account information up to date. If your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, you must update your account information promptly through account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. 950k bears no liability for communications sent to outdated contact details provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 950k immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification. 950k reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, and during a compliance review. Accepted documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, and Bangladesh driving licence. Proof of address documents (recent utility bill or bank statement) may also be requested. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of request will be suspended.

8.1 Suspension by 950k. 950k may suspend a Player Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the Account is suspected of being involved in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7; (b) the Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required period; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player or their payment provider; (d) the Account is under a compliance or fraud review; or (e) 950k has reasonable grounds to believe the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform. During a suspension period, the Player will be unable to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds. 950k will communicate the reason for suspension to the Player's registered email address where permitted by applicable law and internal compliance policy.

8.2 Permanent Account Closure by 950k. Following investigation, 950k may permanently close a Player Account where evidence of Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, where the Player has provided false identity information, or where continued operation of the Account would violate 950k's obligations. Upon permanent closure for cause, any BDT Balance remaining in the Account will be subject to review. Where funds are determined to have been deposited legitimately and are not connected to Prohibited Conduct, they will be returned to the verified payment source. Funds associated with Prohibited Conduct, bonus abuse, or fraud will be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting the 950k support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining BDT Balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the Self-Exclusion tool instead, which offers structured time-bound or indefinite exclusion with additional safeguards.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 950k reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining BDT Balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. If the BDT Balance reaches ৳0, the Account will be archived. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.5 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets. If an Account is suspended or closed while active bets or live game rounds are pending, those bets will be settled according to their natural outcome. Winnings from pending bets at the time of closure for cause will be subject to the same review as the general BDT Balance. Winnings from pending bets on a voluntarily closed Account will be paid out to the Player's verified withdrawal method.
